Chicago’s Rhona Hoffman Gallery will offer Deana Lawson’s Mother Tongue, 2013, at Art Basel Miami Beach.

The 16th edition of Art Basel Miami Beach opens to the public on the afternoon of Thursday, December 7, with a preview day on Wednesday, December 6. The fair will bring together more than 268 galleries from 32 countries to the beach city. Among the highlights are Rodrigo Torres at Rio de Janeiro’s A Gentil Carioca, Kevin Beasley at New York’s Casey Kaplan, and Barthélémy Toguo at Stevenson Gallery of Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa.
