Pictures at an Exhibition presents images of one notable show every weekday.

Today’s show: “Judy Chicago’s Pussies” is on view at Jessica Silverman Gallery in San Francisco through Saturday, October 28. The solo exhibition presents work made between 1968 and 2004 by the New Mexico–based artist, who is best known for her iconic feminist work The Dinner Party (1974–79), which is currently the subject of an exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum in New York. Ranging from works on paper to ceramics and paintings, Chicago’s works for the show “explore women’s agency, sexuality and feline companions,” according to a press release.
